Vibrational Intelligence, 2016

“When coming together as two or more, it is important and helpful to set an intentional context. This can best be facilitated by recognizing, acknowledging and affirming our true identity.
We come together as representatives of a reality far greater than what meets the eye. We are spiritual beings first, experiencing the in-corporation of the flesh: in corporare. We are, in fact, expressions of pure consciousness that has emerged from an intelligent field of energy. It is the Field. Socrates’ Plenum. Planks’s Quantum Universe.
It is a vibrating field. We are vibratory beings. This Field, our Universe and beyond, is replete with spiraling components. We ourselves are a condensate, as it were, of that intelligent, purposeful vibrational energy that is spiraling so quickly as to have formed what appears to be a solid. Think of the way a cyclone gathers energy, spiraling with greater and greater intensity, until it forms a virtual cone of “cycloneness.” It has become an identifiable object in its own right, though it began as no-thing at all.
The degree to which we re-cognize, remember and understand this, is a measure of our level of VQ, of our Vibrational Quotient. ” – Eve Konstantine, MPH

Baby Blues, 2016
Mixed media on canvas
I created this during a bout of baby blues to remind myself that my little babies are out there percolating. Until my love and are blessed with our own I will paint for them, pray for them, write to them, and love them. Ain’t no more baby blues.
“I drank again from the water bottle and its garish sleeve. Plain water to give me plain courage. For it was time to be honest with myself. To survive all the shame this world will throw at you, you have to hold yourself tall, look your accuser straight in the eye. Even if it’s your own face looking back at you.” -Nalo Hopkinson from The New Moon’s Arms
